What we design & build

Pools that belong on the lot—not dropped onto it

Concrete construction gives you freedom of shape, depth, and edge detail. We pair that with outdoor living that feels intentional: spa, stone, fire, and shade planned as one composition.

01

Custom Concrete Pools

Every pool we build starts with your property and how you want to use it. Concrete construction means complete freedom in shape, depth, and features.

A pool designed specifically for your lot, your views, and how your family lives outdoors.

Infinity & Vanishing Edge Pools

Vanishing edge pools create the illusion of water extending into the landscape—particularly striking on Okanagan view lots.

A visual statement that connects your pool to the valley, lake, or mountain views beyond.

03

Outdoor Living Design

A pool is often just the starting point. We design complete outdoor spaces including patios, spas, fire features, and outdoor kitchens.

A cohesive design where every element works together, not a collection of disconnected projects.

Design Consultation & 3D Visualization

Every project begins with a consultation where we learn about your property, lifestyle, and vision. We create 3D concepts so you can see your pool before we break ground.

Confidence in your investment. No surprises about how the finished pool will look and function.

Style is not decoration—it decides how the water sits on your grade and how the house reads from the yard. Select a direction to see what it asks of the site.

Water that falls into the view

Infinity Edge

A vanishing edge turns the pool into a horizon line. On hillside lots above the valley or lake, the spillover reads as part of the landscape—not a separate object.

  • Catch basin and hydraulic design engineered as a system
  • Strongest on grades with a clear sight line
  • Evening light and water sound become part of the room
  • Requires careful evaluation of soils and structure

Best fit: West Kelowna and hillside view lots with modern or contemporary homes

The process

From first visit to first swim

A custom pool is a long project. We keep the sequence clear so you always know what comes next—and who owns each step.

01

Initial Consultation

We visit your property, discuss your vision, and evaluate what's possible. This conversation covers lifestyle, budget range, and timeline expectations.

02

Concept Development

Our design team creates initial concepts with 3D visualizations. You'll see your pool from multiple angles and can provide feedback for refinements.

03

Design Finalization

Once you approve the concept, we finalize engineering, permits, and detailed specifications. You'll know exactly what the project includes and costs.

04

Construction & Completion

Our crew handles all construction phases. We keep you informed throughout and don't consider the job done until you're swimming.

Where we build

Central & North Okanagan

Hillside lots with valley views, lakefront properties, and established neighbourhoods each ask for different engineering and different proportions. We design for the grade, sun path, and sight lines you already have.

Questions

Before you break ground

Timelines, permits, and winter realities—answered the way we talk about them on site visits.

How long does it take to build a custom pool?

Most custom concrete pools in the Okanagan take 10-16 weeks from breaking ground to filling with water. The timeline depends on pool size, complexity of features, and site conditions. Weather can also affect scheduling, particularly in spring and fall. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the design phase.

What areas do you serve?

We build pools throughout the Central Okanagan and North Okanagan, including Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Peachland, Summerland, and Penticton. For exceptional projects, we consider locations throughout the Okanagan Valley.

Do you handle permits and approvals?

Yes. Pool construction requires building permits and sometimes engineering approval, particularly for infinity edges or pools near property lines. We handle all permit applications and inspections as part of our service.

Can I add features like a spa or outdoor kitchen later?

It's almost always better and more cost-effective to include these features in the original design. Adding a spa after the pool is built requires significant rework. If budget is a concern, we can design with future features in mind and phase the construction.
